Santa Rosa Valley

About Santa Rosa Valley

The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., develops character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community in youth through a program that teaches the care of horses and ponies, riding and mounted sports.

Welcome to Santa Rosa Valley Pony Club!

Santa Rosa Valley Pony Club was founded in 1979, and currently has members from the unrated to A levels. Pony Club is the largest equestrian education organization in the world; visit the U.S. Pony Club website to learn more about the national organization.

We are located in the Camino Real Region, and we serve the Santa Rosa Valley and Simi Valley areas of southern California. We accept members of all ages, and meet approximately 4 times per month for mounted lessons, unmounted horsemanship lessons, and regional competitions. In addition, members can take nationally recognized certifications and eventually earn the ability to compete in national competitions and international exchanges. Our members compete primarily in Eventing, so learn horse management, dressage, showjumping, and cross country, among many disciplines offered by USPC! Members are taught by highly experienced professionals, and have the opportunity to mentor younger riders as their skills progress.

SRVPC is committed to creating strong, dedicated riders and horse-people who have the skills and knowledge to enjoy a lifetime with horses. We welcome new members throughout the year, and invite anyone who is interested to come audit a meeting!
