Paige has been a long-time member of SRVPC, and a wonderful mentor for all of our members. This is a well-deserved accolade involving multiple days of testing in front of several National Examiners.

Please join us in congratulating Santa Rosa Valley's newest HB, Jessica!! National ratings are a huge accomplishment involving multiple days of testing in front of a panel of examiners. Jessica has worked hard to make this goal come to fruition, and we are so proud of her!

Kiera, Harper, Zoe, and Briar attended this year's Camino Real Region D Camp! Jessica also went up to teach unmounted lessons to members from across the region. So much fun was had by all, and many memories were made!

Congratulations to SRVPC member Laurel for winning the high point Pony Club award at Shepherd Ranch Horse Trials in June!

The events at Shepherd Ranch are the Camino Real Region’s largest fundraiser, so special recognition is given to the Pony Club member who finishes on the best score of the weekend. All CRR members, whether they are riding or not, are encouraged to come volunteer- mark your calendars now for the August event!

 

   

 

May 2023

Congratulations to SRVPC members Kiera O and Paige S, who participated in Camino Real's 2023 Mega Rally and brought home 1st place overall in Horse Management, and 1st place in Dressage. Way to go, ladies!!

And many thanks to all of the SRVPC members who volunteered this weekend to make the CRR Fundraiser Derby and Mega Rally a success! We are so lucky to have such a wonderful group who are passionate about keeping these opportunities available to our members: Paige S, Charlotte B, Emily O, Angel B, Kim G, Kim R, and Laurel M.

Camino Real hosted an upper level testing, and SRVPC member Kim Goto Miner served as the organizer. Huge thank yous to everyone who gave up their weekend to help all of the candidates achieve their goals! 

 

   

 

February 2023

Our members attended Camino Real's first rally of the year, Quiz! They did a great job showing off what they know:

Our D team took home 3rd place in their division, with each of the three members of the team placing in the top 10 individually. 

Angel was on the adult team, and they took home 2nd place in their division, with Angel placing 2nd as an individual as well. 

 

 

August 2022

Kiera attended the Camino Real Region D Camp, and had a blast! Thank you Sharon Bonfield and Cuddy Valley Pony Club for hosting such a fun few days of learning and making new friends!

     

 

July 2022

We are so proud of Paige, who attended USPC Championships West 2022 this week representing the Camino Real Region in Eventing!

She had three great rides to help her team finish 2nd overall and 2nd in Horse Management. Paige was recognized as one of only three riders with a perfect formal inspection score- not an easy job with a grey horse!

We’re so proud of you, Paige!!!

 

May 2022

SRVPC had a great showing at the CRR Mega Rally! 

Paige and Grace's team came in 2nd in Horse Management and 3rd Overall in the Showjumping division. Paige also qualified for Championships!

Kiera and Claire's team came in 1st in Horse Management and 2nd Overall in the Dressage division. 

Tons of fun was had by all, and this spring's hard work and preparation paid off for everyone with great rides and stellar horse management! 

And a huge thank you to the whole club for sending so many volunteers to the CRR Derby Fundraiser the day before rally; Pony Club runs on volunteers, and we couldn't have all this fun without all of you!!

March 2022 - CRR Horseless Rally

What a successful way to kick off rally season! SRVPC members Grace, Kiera, and Paige attended Camino Real Region's Horseless Rally, coming home 1st place overall, and 2nd place in Horse Management with their scratch team members from Portuguese Bend!

February 2022 - CRR Quiz Rally

    SRVPC sent several members to the Camino Real Region's Quiz Rally, with great results! 

First off, we are SO PROUD of Paige, who was the overall high point individual for the entire C/HB division!! Her team came in 2nd place overall. 

The Senior D's also did a great job, with Claire's scratch team (with Roxbury) coming in 2nd (in no small part thanks to Claire's 3rd place individual finish!), and Charlotte and Grace's scratch team (with Portuguese Bend and Hartenburg Equestrian) coming in 3rd! 

In the Junior D division, Kiera went to her first rally and came in 2nd with her scratch team from Portuguese Bend and Equine Sports Therapy Center! 

These kids have worked so hard on their horse management this spring, and it shows! Great job, everyone!

September 2021 - CRR Showjumping Rally

SRVPC sent a team to Camino Real Region's fall Showjumping Rally, and they came in 2nd overall and 2nd in horse management! 

Paige S and Paige C were two of only four riders from the entire rally to put in all double clear rounds, and Grace and Claire jumped in to their first rally experience like pros! Shout-out to scramble team member Shelby from RVPC, who was such a fun and knowledgeable asset to the team. 

Great job, ladies!!

Huge congratulations to Kim G, who passed her A certification!

Kim is our main instructor, and such an inspiration to the other members of our club. We're lucky to be able to learn from such a talented horsewoman, and we're so proud of you, Kim!!
